Hoot Mayonaise

Mixing Hoot with Mayo can create a versatile sauce that will cater to all your condiment needs whether it be Beef, Lamb, chicken, fish or vegetables.


  • 2 tablespoon Hoot
  •  1x lemon
  • 6 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • dash of white vinegar



1)  Add Hoot and mayonnaise into a small bowl

2)  Add the juice of  1 lemon 

3) add a dash of white vinegar

mix all together thoroughly until Red. Keep in the refrigerator when not using.

The general rule of thumb, if you want to make more or less, is 3:1

3 parts mayonnaise to every 1 part Hoot. This will vary depending on spice preference
