Mixing Hoot with Mayo can create a versatile sauce that will cater to all your condiment needs whether it be Beef, Lamb, chicken, fish or vegetables.
1) Add Hoot and mayonaise into a small bowl
2) Add the juice of 1 lemon
3) add a dash of white vinager
mix all together thoroughly until Red. Keep in the refrigerator when not using.
General rule of thumb if you want to make more or less is 3:1
3 parts mayonnaise to every 1 part Hoot.This will vary depending of spice preference
